Book Update...

Number 17 on my list is currently read the top 100 novels according to The Times.

I have had a slight problem with this challenge, as at least ten of the books are now out of print and there's no chance I can afford to get them from a collector...!

So... last weekend I discovered that WH smith have a lovely bookmark entitled '50 Books to read before you die' .. which is in keeping with the '50 Films to see before you die' which is also on my blog list.

I've therefore decided to swap my Times list for the WH Smith list (not quite as fancy, I know) in the bid that I'll actually be able to complete this challenge! It also helps that I've read a few of them already, but will probably re-read a few to refresh my memory..
